These dogs are quite intuitive, fearless, and protective. The Cardigan Welsh Corgi also belongs to Britain’s oldest dog breeds. Some say they’re descendants of the northern-spitz lineage, while others claim they’re from the Teckel/Dachshund dog family. All Corgis, including Pembroke Corgis, are achondroplastic, meaning they’re a dwarf dog breed.
