It follows the usual step-by-step procedure, starting from completing an adoption form to scheduling the home evaluation. All Shih Tzus available for adoption are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworms and parasites and have received regular veterinary check-ups. They are placed in foster homes or the rescue’s kennel until they are adopted.
Fees may vary and will be discussed during the initial phone call or visit to the rescue. They don’t only provide basic medical care like alteration and vaccination to the rescued dogs but also give heartworm treatments, orthopedic surgeries, and ophthalmic care if needed. When the volunteer comes for a home inspection, show your interest by asking about the Shih Tzu in the facility or foster home.
I am Kraig Wharton, a wildlife conservationist and a television personality. I am 30 years old. I was born and raised in the small town of Marion, Alabama. I have always had a love and respect for nature, which led me to pursue a career in wildlife conservation.
I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel all over the world, working with some of the most endangered species on the planet. My work has taken me to some of the most remote and dangerous places on earth, including war-torn countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
I am passionate about educating people about the importance of conserving our natural resources, and I am committed to doing whatever it takes to protect our planet for future generations.
